The Glacier Guest Suites are located only two hours from Seattle, one-and-a-half hours from Vancouver, B.C., and forty minutes from Bellingham, Washington. Phone (360)599-2927
FROM SEATTLE OR BELLINGHAM:  Take the Sunset Drive/Mount Baker exit from I-5 (Exit #255). Travel 25 miles east on Sunset Drive, which turns into State Highway 542 (Mt. Baker Highway).
FROM CANADA:  Enter the U.S. at the Sumas/Huntingdon Border Crossing. Take State Highway 547 to Kendall, then turn left (travel east) on State Highway 542 (Mt. Baker Highway).
When you arrive at Maple Falls, continue east on Mt. Baker Highway for 1.5 miles to 8040 Mt. Baker Hwy. (milepost 27.5). A farm store is on the right side of the road. Enter our driveway on the left side of the highway across the road from the farm store. The driveway is marked by a large log sign post noted in the photos below.
GGS Sign Post (summer) Follow the gravel driveway across the ponds. To the left you will note that a Private Property sign is posted in our driveway. For privacy and security reasons we ask that you do not enter the property unless you have prior permission or reservations. If you have reservations continue up the hill to the left, then continue on turning right up the forested hillside approximately 1/4 mile to the rear of the Suite Building which you will see as in the photo below.

The Glacier Guest Suites Parking   Parking for both suites is located to the right side of the building as you face it. Note the "Guest Parking" sign where you should find ample space. GGS Parking area
The "Glacier" Suite Entry   If you have reserved the "Glacier" Suite, it is located to the right side of the building as you face it. After parking just proceed up the stairs to the room. Glacier Suite entry Glacier Suite entry
The "Alpenglow" Suite Entry:  If you have reserved the "Alpenglow" Suite, it is located to the left side of the building as you face it. Please walk to the entry sign and follow the walkway around the left side of the building to the entrance door. Alpenglow Suite entry
The "Retreat" Unit:  If you have reserved the "Retreat" Unit, turn onto our drive at our Signpost on the Mt Baker Highway, cross the ponds, and then look straigt ahead. You will see the silver and green unit ahead of you. Just follow the driveway and turn right immediately at the RETREAT Sign on the Alder tree. You may park and or turn around at the front of the unit. There will be an Invoice posted next to the drop box at the front. The Unit will be open and you will find a key in the room on the table. Please make yourself comfortable, and if you need assistance. Drive up the hill to our home and do leave a note if we are not in. Retreat Unit entry
At the suite entry door, you will find an invoice posted. The door will be unlocked in anticipation of your arrival. Just procced upstairs to your unit where you will find a key for your room in a notebook with further information. WELCOME AND ENJOY THE VIEWS!
